Cabahug began the evening by swimming the first leg of the 200-yard medley relay that won in a time of 2:12.42. She was joined on the team by Danielle Murphy (Brooklyn, NY), Meaghan Soccoa (Brooklyn, NY) and Andrea De La Torre (Valley Stream, NY).
Cabahug would go on to post individual wins in the 50-yard backstroke in a time of 33.55 seconds and then the 100-yard back in a time of 1:14.51.
Freshman Amanda Costa (Riveredge, NJ) also had a strong swim for the Dolphins on Friday, as she placed second in the 50 and 100-yard freestyle events and also posted a win in the 500-yard free in a time of 6:33.83.
Other strong swims turned in by the Dolphins came from Soccoa who placed second in the 50-yard breaststroke and Angelica Iribarne (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ) who took the second position in the 200-yard individual medley.
The loss drops Mount Saint Vincent to 2-3 overall on the season. The Dolphins will be back in the pool again on December 3 for a Skyline meet at Old Westbury. The contest is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
