Marion Thiesen - celebrated her 100th
birthday on August 2, 2007. Marion obtained her Master of
Science at Fordham University and later went on to
Columbia University to become an Early Education
Teacher.
1943
Helen Meade Donvan - lives in
Sewell, New Jersey close to her daughter after the death
of her husband. She has three children and five
grandchildren. She traveled extensively after
retiring.
Catherine Titolo Gould - lives in San Rafael, California with her husband, Vincent. They have three children, and four grandchildren.
Mary Shea - lives in Riverdale, NY. She received a Masters in English from Hunter College in 1973 and a Masters in English from Manhattan College in 1978
Rita Ricci South - welcomed her one and only grandchild, Carolyn Jean, into the world in 2006 at the age of 82.

Helen Higgins Clausen - married A.W.
Clausen on September 29, 2002. They have two children,
five grandchildren, and live in Hillsborough,
California.
Kathleen Flynn Navins - worked as a nurse full time before retiring in 2007. She nursed her husband until December 2007. She is active in church working as a Eucharistic Minister, and cooking and visiting the sick. She has seven children and nine grandchildren
Dorothy Cowdin Soderstrom - retired from the Brevard County Board of Education in Viera, Florida. She has two children, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Patricia Dugone Gambarelli - had her
cookbook “Pasta for Men Only” published in
2006. While it was a lot of work, Patricia refers to it
as one of the most rewarding experiences she’s done
in her life. She is currently running her own
website.

RoseMarie
Linden Head - lives in Hanover, New Mexico. She
has five children and seven grandchildren.
Joan O’Keefe Van de Berghe - gives tours at the Metroplitan Museum of Art in the American Wing and the European Decorative Arts. She has given talks showing the life of Christ in art during the Advent and Lenten seasons.
1954
Patricia LaVarella Doyle - was recently
celebrated as a teacher when one of her students, age 57,
tracked her down to thank her for being his favorite
teacher.
1958
Jean McJenna O’Donnell - released
a CD called “Full Circle” in 2007. The songs
reflect the idea of coming full circle - wanting love, to
finding love, to losing it, and finding it again.
1962
Mary E. Bogan - works at Emporia State
University where she is a Reference Librarian. She was
recently honored for 30 years of service on the library
faculty.
1963
Lorraine Cooper, S.C. - retired from her
position of Certified Chaplain in June 2007. She
received a Masters in English from Marquette
University in 1968 and a Masters in Religious Education
from Boston College in 1979.
Patricia Fisher Frey - retired from Delta Airlines to teach English in Cairo and Izmir, Turkey. She moved to San Miguel De Allende, Mexico where she worked part time for a year. She also edited and proofread at a local bilingual newspaper.
Joan Stadelmann Harris - retired from teaching science to grades 5 through 8 at St. Joseph School in Bronxville, NY, in June 2006. She is now either working as a substitute teacher or caring for her grandchildren.
Joan Henry - welcomed a new grandniece into the family.
Valerie Hennessy McCarthy - is caring for her 94-year-old father and her deceased, daughter’s two children, ages 7 and 10. She and her husband have been able to travel to Africa, Europe, and the Czech Republic.
Patricia Zurey Mercadante - recently welcomed her third granddaughter.
Dorothy Duffy Murray - retired from her Medical Oncology practice in 1999 to care for her family. She went back to work making home visits on Hospice patients and works 3-5 days a week. She has two grandsons that keep her young at heart.
Jane Rushford Page - worked in Geneva, Switzerland after her company was acquired in 2001. While overseas, she and her husband bought a chalet in the French Alps. They split their time between New Hampshire and the French Alps.

Gail Farrelly - is a mystery author
whose profile was published in the Westchester County
Business Journal on November 26, 2007.
Jane Audrey-Neuhauser - married James McGowan on September 15, 2007. All 12 of their collective grandchildren were part of the wedding procession.

Loretta Donovan Jablonski - is the
Director of Organization Development at St. Francis
Hospital in Roslyn, NY. She is married to Dr. John V.
Donovan, an Associate Professor at Concordia
College.
1968
Cynthia Niezgoda Shriver - retired after
working 35 years at Iowa State University as a Research
Scientist. She hopes to move east or south in the next
ten years with her husband.
Deborah Lamb Ziegler - works as a Consultant Program Analyst for Carefirst, Inc in Washington, DC. Her daughter, Beth, got married in May 2008.
1972
Sabina Vermeulen - holds a Masters of
Science in Education Rehabilitation Counseling from
Hunter College. She is currently working as the Associate
Director for the Disability Services Office at North
Caroline State University.
1973
Cara De Rostaing Cahill - has three
children, Christopher, 22, Sheila, 20, and Conor, 16. She
is involved with fundraising at the children’s
schools and serves on the board of two clubs. She
celebrated her 27th wedding anniversary with
her husband, Tom, on May 16th, 2008.
Judith Greenwood Fogarty - is a substitute teacher at Fulton County Schools in Georgia. She is affiliated with Habitat for Humanity. She lives with her husband and two children in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Carol Meisinger Ginnetty - just published C.A.P Organizer – organizer/planner for the college application process. She works as a Guidance Counselor at St. Anthony’s High School in South Huntington, New York.
Peg Gordon - is the Vice President of Global Brand Marketing for Ace Group. She has been a Board Member and Vice Commodore of her yacht club, became an Irish citizen, and enjoys golf.
Janice Lazzaro Herlihy - is a resource teacher at Our Lady of Angels School in Burlingame, California. She attends workshops and lectures on special education. She will be celebrating her 30th wedding anniversary on August 30, 2008.
Grace White Leahy - has been living in France for the past 13 years and traveled extensively in Europe and Asia. She is restoring a 150-year-old house.
Christine Jones Liguori - is a Corporate Controller at JLMI, Inc, a chemical company. She is married to John Liguori with four children and lives in Lakeland, Florida.
Madeline Madden Gnabasik - works for The Salvation Army in Omaha, NE as the Director of Annual Fund/Advancement. She is active in the Great Plains Girl Scouts. She is married to Paul Gnabasik and has to daughters.
Virginia Testa McMorrow - is a Manager of Publications at ORC Worldwide. She has written five fantasy novels which were published by Archebooks Publishing and one short off-off-Broadway play. She lives with her husband, Kevin, in Great Neck, NY
Emily Linehan Nestler - was blessed with her first grandchild, Caitlin Ann, by her daughter, Laurie. She has also enjoyed traveling to Hawaii and the Carribean with her husband, Bud.
Ellen Carter Pitel - is enjoying her new granddaughter, Natalie.
Bernadette Stewart Hearn - is an English teacher at Preston High School in the Bronx, NY. She is also a Eucharistic Minister and Lector at St. Joseph’s Church in Bronxville, NY. Bernadette recently married James Hearn.
Anesta Maquishon Vannoy-Kwame is a teacher for the New York City Board of Education. She received her Masters of Divinity at New York Theological Seminary in May 2005 and will be receiving her Masters of Education Administration and Supervision in May 2010 at Fordham University.

Kathryn McCoyd McCormick - holds a
Masters of Science degree in Special Education and
Elementary Education. She works as a writing tutor in the
Center for Academic Excellence at the College of Mount
Saint Vincent. She lives in the Bronx with her husband,
Eugene R. McCormick.

Ellen Anselm Cooper - works as a
Benefits Administrator for Health, Welfare & ERISA at
the Baylor College of Medicine. She lives in Houston, TX
with her husband, Norman T. Cooper, Jr.
Rachelle Cotugno - received her new guide dog, Oriole (a black lab – female).
1980
Kathleen Comerford O’Keefe - had a
daughter, Caitlin Rose O’Keefe, on August 2,
2007.
1982
Regina Corcoran McLeod - returned to
nursing as a Staff RN at the Northport VA Medical Center
in Northport, NY. She took off for 13 years to
care of her four sons at home.
1983
Deborah Ann Hinkley, M.D. -
completed a two year deployment in support of Iraqi
Freedom as the Senior Medical Officer of USS THEODORE
ROOSEVELT. Daughter, Michelle, has completed first grade
and is enrolled in the gifted program.
Mary Bohan Fitzgerald - is currently enrolled in the Healthcare Administration Ph.D. program at UOP and will receive it in 2011. She is currently working in Utilization Management at Montefiore Medical Center.
Julie Keany Hodorowski - is the National Cancer Institute’s Contact Center Manager at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She got married ten years ago to Stephen Hodorowski and has one child, David Rhys.
Suzanne Porricolo - lives in Huntington, NY and recently married Michael Healy

Mark Basta - will be ordained a
Permanent Catholic Deacon in the Diocese of Brooklyn on
May 23, 2009 at St. James Cathedral. His first Mass will
be on Sunday, May 24, 2009 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church
on the Park Slope section of Brooklyn.
Alison Leigh Scaduto Thompsen - works as a nurse and lives in Hartsdale, NY with her husband, James T. Thompsen.
1987
Kathleen Kelly Dorrian - along with her
husband, Joe, is proud to announce the adoption of Larisa
(age 5) and Terrence (age 2).
1988
Alicia Von Schaumburg Aslami - received
her Masters in Public Health from the Columbia University
School of Public Health in 1992. She lives in Tenafly, NJ
with her husband and three children.
Karie Schoen Bianchini - gave birth to twin daughters, Ana and Gina.
Michelle Popoli Friedel - has been busy raising four daughters, Allison 13, Julia 12, Katie 8, and Meaghan 7. For six years she ran her own scrapbooking business and worked as a substitute teacher in the Pleasantville public schools for three years. She has also taught CCD for two years at her church, St. Theresa’s in Briarcliff.
Camille Caponiti Hanna - received her Masters in Education and Special Educations in June 2007 from Touro College. She teaches 3-5 year olds who come from low-income families at a Head Start Program in Brooklyn. She lives in Belle Harbor, NY with her husband, Joseph, and two children.
Mary Healy - is an Associate Producer for ABC News and 20/20. She is married to Henry Blaney and has two children. They live in New York.
Lynn Gensoli Keller - is a stay at home mom to her two children and volunteers for their elementary school. She was able to volunteer at Yankee Stadium selling merchandise, where 10% of profits went to the school. She lives in Cortlandt Manor, New York with her husband, John Keller.
Margaret Lavin - is the Vice President of Velocity Sports & Entertainment in Norwalk, Connecticut. She currently lives in Stamford.
Jane Shibetti Moysak - is currently working as a Nurse Practitioner at Open Door Medical Centers. She received a Master of Arts degree in 1996, graduating from NYU.
Carol Lee Farrell Nixon - works as a Special Education teacher in the William Floyd School District. She received a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies (Elementary Education) from SUNY Stony Brook in 1994. She is married to Noel Patrick Nixon and has two children.
Jeanne Marrin Stewart - works as the Vice President of Operations at Marrins’ M-o-o-ving Systems LTD, her brother’s company. She also runs her own human resources consulting practice called HR on the Move, LLC which is a consortium of experts in various business fields. She lives in Yonkers, NY with her husband, Timothy Stewart.

Patricia Wilkins Macias - edited
“It’s Our World,” which received the
Catholic Press Association’s highest honor: First
Place, General Excellence. The award was presented to her
at the 2007 Catholic Media Convention held in Brooklyn. A
poem-prayer written by Ms. Macias will be published in
the United States Conferences of Catholic
Bishop’s.

Joanne Carter Banaciski - works at a
Registered Nurse at New York Presbyterian Hospital. She
is married to Richard Banaciski, who works for the NYC
Fire Department.
Tara McKenna Conlan - is a Registered Nurse at Hackensack University Medical Center
Dominick Pratico - published his first fiction novel called “The Enemy Within.” It has gained much attention.
1993
Francisco Barnes, Jr. - is a Senior
Quality Assurance Analyst for TIAA-CREF. He is currently
enrolled at Syracuse University for the Management MBA
program. He will be graduating in May 2009.
Mary Lane Bayley - is a General Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle. She is married to Kevin Bayley and they have three children ages 7 ½, 4, and 2.
Catherine Laterza Cammarata - works in customer service for Magnetic Analysis Corporation. She is also working to get her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Iona College. She will receive her degree in 2009.
Irene Geraghty - is a Registered Nurse Care Manager at MedAssurant.
Nicolle J. Krivda, Esq. - got married on May 25, 2008 in Maryland and has purchased a home in Tucson where she and her new husband will live. It is located in the Catalina Mountains.
Deborah Granata Lopatequi - of Waldwick, New Jersey recently married Bryon Castro
Kate Sheils Taubner - became a stay-at-home mom after the birth of her son, Jack, in 2004. Before that, she worked in real estate sales with Houlihan Lawrence. She keeps in contact with several friends from the Mount and gets together with them once a month.
Laurann Pandelakis-Webb - and her husband welcomed a new baby into their family.

Sonja Ghersini Schiller - and her
husband, Frederick, welcomed their new son, Maximillan
Paul.
Jennifer Montano Koczko - lives in Franklin Square, NY with her husband.
1998
Flora Cohen - received her Masters and
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook
University. She works mostly with orthopedic patients and
has expanded her field working with Women’s Health
patients as well.
Anne O’Connell Lanzi - and her husband, Michael, welcomed Olivia Clare into the world on June 26, 2007.
Maria Saco - is a Financial Analyst at Dressbarn Inc. since March 2005. It was there she met her fiancé. She also gave birth to her son, Jordan, on March 2, 2008.
Jason Torres - works as the Chair for the Computing and Communications Department at the Horace Mann School in the Bronx. He will be receiving his Ph.D. at Walden University in November 2009.

Mindy Palhete-Fernandes - is
a third grade teacher at the Danbury Public Schools in
Connecticut. She is also self-employed as a photographer,
Everlasting Videography & Photography. She received
her Masters in Early Childhood Education from Central
Connecticut State University in 2004. She is married to
Lou Fernandes.
Raymond Loeffler - has worked as an Account Executive and as a Services Manager for New York’s garment district corner stones for the past two years. He managed five production office moves and data migrations including financial data during company separations. He worked in ERP Systems for tracking and reporting all levels of resource tracking.

Beth Edebohis Baranoski - gave birth to
twins and is living on Bayside, NY.
Sonia Barbara Haynes - gave birth to her new son, Gabriel Michael and is living in Yonkers, NY.
Priscilla Flores Moronta - she and her husband, Bernardo, had triplets on December 10, 2007. Priscilla is a stay-at-home mom while her husband is Assistant Program Director/Music Director at La Nueva Fiesta, a radio station in Long Island, New York.
2002
Gesselle Carradero - works for a
non-profit organization called, The LEAGUE, a national
school and web based system for service learning where
she is the Project Manager. They have partnered with NY
Cares coat drive in the NYC.
2003
Natascha Bota-Thaxton - completed
her Masters of Science in Education with a concentration
in Instructional Technology in August 2006 by taking
online courses at Walden University. She is working as a
biology teacher at Suffern High School, and was granted
tenure in her 3rd year of college. She is also
planning to go for her Ph.D.
Tamisha Christian - is currently working as an Equipment Service representative for Sprint Nextel. She is also considering going back to school for a Master’s Degree and looking for a new career.
Aaron Gillego - graduated with a MFA from the University of Miami in May 2007. He is currently working as a high school teacher at Yeshiva Toras Chaim in North Miami Beach, FL.
Katrina Gaines Perez- completed graduate school shortly before marrying her high school sweetheart and becoming Katrina Perez. She and her husband are now living in Florida where they have purchased a beautiful home and secured jobs.
Elizabeth Spollen - is working as a Registered Nurse at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
